There are three levels of service available:
LET ONLY: We secure a tenant for your property, carry out referencing and put an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement in place. Our fees are paid at the start of the tenancy.
LET AND COLLECT: In addition to Let Only, we issue rent demands, receive incoming rent and submit monthly statements to the landlord. Our fees are deducted are deducted as a percentage each month.
FULL MANAGEMENT: In addition to Let and Collect, we take care of all ongoing repairs and maintenance, by agreement with you, handle regulatory compliance and deal with the accounting.
Today, letting your property is more regulated than ever, so most landlords choose our Let and Collect or Full Management options. We keep our fees competitive and you can upgrade your service options at only a little, or even no extra cost and leave all the hassle to us. Terms apply.
