We go further than most letting agents to provide clear information about our clients’ properties; most property details include multiple photographs and floorplans.  Call or email us for specific information before you view to avoid wasting your journey.

Our landlords pay us to let their property, so we keep our tenant fees to the minimum.  We charge just £180 including VAT (£150 plus VAT) for referencing, and should additional references be needed, i.e. for an additional tenant or a guarantor, we charge a further £90 including VAT (£75 plus VAT).
 
Other charges?  We charge an arrangement fee of just £120 including VAT (£100 plus VAT) for each renewal during your tenure.  There is a charge for pursuing late payment of rent (of 3 days or more) of £60 including VAT (£50 plus VAT) and a further £60 including VAT (£50 plus VAT) for each additional 7-day period. Our arrangement fee for release of deposit is £42 including VAT (£35 plus VAT).
 
On some occasions, we ask for a holding deposit to secure the property whilst references are taken, and this deposit, less any reference charges will form part of the first month’s rent.

Our experienced team of letting experts will ensure the smooth process, enabling you to move into your new home as swiftly as possible.  Where the landlord has asked us to manage the property also, we will ensure that all maintenance issues are dealt with professionally with only trusted local tradesmen and specialists, and a 24 hour emergency service is in place.
 
Our periodic inspections are conducted by appointment and with courtesy.
 
Rest assured we operate to standards you can trust; we’re a member firm of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and a member of the redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
