Richard has been in estate agency for 40 years, starting his career with a commercial firm in London’s West End, before joining Frost Brothers in 1977 where he gained invaluable experience expanding their network of offices including Sutton, Tadworth, Chipstead and Banstead.
Richard established his own company in 1997 in Banstead High Street and tells anyone who will listen that he made and painted the office’s first shopfront signs.
Richard continues to lead the company, opening its second office in Kingswood during 2013
During Andrew’s 35 year career in local estate agency, he has experienced both independent and corporate environments, for many years establishing one of Mann and Co’s most successful offices, in Cheam Village before becoming Senior Manager of Frost in Tadworth in 1993.
Andrew accepted Richard’s invitation and joined the company in 2007.
Highly regarded by his peers and clients alike, Andrew oversees the sales operation of both offices.
Whilst still in his twenties, Andy is remarkably experienced having seen over 10 years in local estate agency including holding senior positions within Cubitt and West, and Frost in Banstead and Tadworth. A highly accomplished and professional estate agent.
Richard was delighted when Andy joined the company in 2008.
Based mainly at Banstead office, Andy is an experienced valuer and sales team leader.
Lindsay’s first career in London’s City and West End lead her to become PA to Chief Executives and Chairmen of companies such as British Steel and Hill Samuel Merchant Bank. After a career break raising three daughters, Lindsay decided to revisit her career.
Richard didn’t hesitate to ask Lindsay to join the firm in 1999.
As Administrator and IT guru, Lindsay is pivotal to the smooth operation of the company.
Another seasoned professional, Gary started his estate agency career in 1987 with Frost at Tadworth, and progressed to hold a Manager’s position with Frost in Sutton and Hawes and Co in Wimbledon, before leaving to manage other business interests.
Gary was persuaded to return to estate agency with the company in 2009.
Working mainly from the Banstead office, Gary uses his expertise in both sales and lettings.
Nicholas benefits from his broad-based property experience, having worked within the property information and home-energy industry, as well as within residential lettings. Nicholas is a qualified Energy Assessor.
Richard recruited Nicholas specifically to head the company’s lettings department.
A member of professional body ARLA, Nicholas leads the growing lettings team.
It would have been difficult for Edward not to have gained ‘secondary’ experience growing up during the early years of the company. However, Edward first worked within another dynamic customer-service industry whilst occasionally working on Saturdays at the company.
Edward was invited to take up a full-time position with his father’s company in 2012.
Based at Banstead, Edward benefits from working within a remarkably accomplished team.
Tracy was born into a property background with her father being one of the Surrey’s most respected property developers. Tracy’s career in estate agency was put on pause, whilst she raised two children.
A result of a chance conversation, Richard invited Tracy join the company in 2013.
Based at the Kingswood office, Tracy assists with all sales and lettings matters with professionalism.
Having been accomplished in both leisure and technology fields, Matt moved into estate agency in 2013, gaining both experience and accolade for his performance with Cubitt and West.
Richard recruited Matt specifically to join the company's residential successful sales team.
Working from our Banstead High Street office, Matt was quick to adapt to the company's professional ethos.
Every day our landlords and tenants benefit from Lucinda's significant expertise in residential lettings management. Lucinda has many years in financial and lettings management and, along with Nicholas and Richard has attained ARLA qualification
Lucinda accepted Richard’s invitation to join Nicholas in the lettings team in 2015.
Lucinda's 'can do' approach is helping the team achieve a rapid growth of the lettings department.
Having recently completed her high-school education, Amelia is gaining business and customer-service experience at her father’s company on Saturdays whilst seeking the right opportunity for her career.
Amelia joined the company in 2014 as a weekend assistant at the Banstead Office
Last but of course, not least. Rachel’s career included various secretarial roles including working within estate agency. Married for 26 years to Richard, Rachel went on to raise their four children.
Rachel has been at Richard’s side for most of his career, helping to open his first office in 1997.
Rachel assists Richard generally with the administration and promotion of the company.
